Art of Cuisine - Louise Mellor is a professional chef that got her degree in Classical French Cuisine from CSCA. She and her husband, Mike, have volunteered their time and talents to help the teens in the Garnet Community broaden their passion for food. They have been running a 10 week workshop expanding the children's creativity, their love for cooking, and eye for presentation. Louise also offers one-on-one cooking lessons and group classes for private parties. Her ability to teach and inspire others is translated into 2-4 hour workshops that are sure to impress and influence you and your friends.
