In Jewish culture, whenever God’s presence came upon His people, the Hebrew nation created pillars of remembrance, as a means of marking God’s movement. This way, future generations would walk past these pillars, stop, and then recall the way God provided for His people.
In the same sense, Solidarity wants to intentionally stop and take time to remember the ways God has moved in us. We want to be a people who live out of a place of gratitude and appreciation.
